Viella Apartments

Vielha Homes es una promoción residencial de 32 viviendas planteada como un conjunto integrado en el paisaje del Valle de Arán. La visualización desarrollada por JVA Renders presenta la relación entre los tres edificios, las zonas comunes y las vistas hacia el entorno pirenaico, además de anticipar la atmósfera interior de las viviendas.

El proyecto se realizó en colaboración con TWAO Arquitectura y con promoción de Engel & Völkers. La serie combina renders interiores y exteriores con animación arquitectónica para explicar materialidad, luz, espacios compartidos y el carácter contemporáneo del conjunto sin perder su vínculo con la arquitectura local.

Located in the Aran Valley, Vielha Homes is proposed as a new community concept in the city, an exclusive development of 32 homes for nature and sports lovers. With a design that is respectful of the environment and, at the same time, avant-garde, a residential complex is projected with a clear objective: the well-being and comfort of your family, through a functional and rational distribution of spaces, top quality materials and an interior elegant, warm and familiar.

It is proposed as a new concept of community in the city, which surprises with its elegant and innovative design, and fully integrated with the traditional image of the city and its natural environment, through the fusion of top quality materials with regional vernaculars. .

The complex is made up of 3 buildings arranged in an open block in such a way that lighting conditions are enhanced throughout the year and views of the central Pyrenees. These blocks surround the green areas for collective use, in such a way that the luminosity, the open spaces and the dialogue between contemporary and traditional language become the main protagonists of your new home.

A private and safe space with landscaped and recreational areas, for collective use by the entire complex, where you can get some fresh air, read or disconnect without leaving your own home.

Swimming pool for adults, a cozy spa with sauna, gym that complete the program of a space where you can enjoy time in the company of your loved ones, without the need to go anywhere else.
