JVA RENDERS AT A GLANCE
CORPORATE PROFILES
A description for every editorial format.
JVA Renders is an international architectural visualization studio founded in Madrid in 2013. Its team of architects, 3D artists, designers and animators creates photorealistic renderings, films, virtual tours and visual strategies that communicate architecture and real-estate projects through technical precision, art direction and a coherent narrative.
JVA Renders is an international architectural visualization studio founded in Madrid in 2013, with a presence in Madrid, New York and Buenos Aires. Architects, digital artists, graphic designers and animators work together to transform unbuilt projects into images, films and experiences that explain space, materiality and atmosphere.
The studio collaborates with architects, interior designers, developers, contractors, funds and commercial teams. Its practice combines photorealistic rendering, architectural animation, 360° images, virtual tours, virtual reality and visual strategy. Every commission follows a shared art direction and a progressive review process, from camera and material selection to post-production and adaptations for different channels.
JVA Renders has contributed to residential, commercial, public and competition projects in international markets while maintaining one central principle: represent architecture rigorously and convey the experience of spaces that do not yet exist.
JVA Renders was founded in Madrid in 2013 as a studio dedicated to architectural visualization. From the beginning, its work has occupied the meeting point between two complementary disciplines: the precision required to understand and represent architecture, and the artistic sensitivity required to create images with atmosphere, intention and character.
The team brings together architects, digital 3D artists, graphic designers and animators. This combination allows each project to be approached through its spatial and construction logic as well as through composition, light, narrative and final media. The studio works from Madrid, New York and Buenos Aires with clients and collaborators in different countries.
Its services include photorealistic 3D rendering, architectural animation, virtual tours, 360° images, virtual reality, visual planning and digital strategy for architecture and real-estate development. Formats are not treated as an automatic list of deliverables. JVA studies the objective, audience, channels and schedule to determine which assets can communicate each project most effectively.
The production process moves through clear milestones. The brief, cameras and architecture are defined first; materials, lighting and atmosphere are then validated; finally, post-production is developed and files are adapted for print, websites, presentations, campaigns or commercial teams. This structure supports coordination among architects, developers, interior designers and communication specialists.
JVA Renders has worked across residential, commercial, public, corporate and competition projects. Published collaborations and projects include San Juan Lake Villas, Carolina House, Bridges Over Maolong Waterway, Sindalah and The Line. The studio’s trajectory also includes recognition and appearances in BUILD Construction & Engineering Awards, VWArtclub, Evermotion, Architect Magazine and specialist industry platforms.
Beyond producing isolated images, the studio develops coherent visual systems. A rendering series, film or immersive experience should share decisions about camera, materiality, landscape, lighting and tone. This continuity helps audiences understand a project, supports decisions during design and provides a consistent foundation for communication.
Technology is part of the work, but it does not replace judgement. JVA Renders continually invests in tools and training while keeping architecture, art direction and final quality at the centre. Its aim is to represent what will be built with rigour while communicating why the space matters to the people who design, develop, present or inhabit it.
This combination enables every project to retain a recognisable identity from its first presentation through to public communication. JVA Renders can contribute a single image or support an entire visual system: defining viewpoints, organising deliverables, coordinating stills and animation, and adapting assets for presentations, campaigns and sales channels. The aim is not to add effects, but to make the logic of the project visible and preserve it across every format. This continuity becomes particularly valuable when several teams, markets or development stages are involved. The methodology adapts to the scale of each commission while maintaining control over architecture, light, materials and visual narrative. It also gives clients a clearer framework for reviews, approvals and future adaptations, reducing fragmentation between individual assets and helping each image serve the wider communication strategy.
