JVA RENDERS · SINCE 2013
Architects
who create images.
We are an international team of architects, 3D digital artists, graphic designers and animators. We combine technical precision with visual sensitivity to represent every project with rigour and personality.

THE STUDIO
One shared vision.
Three cities.
JVA Renders was founded in Madrid in 2013. Since then, we have grown around one simple idea: a visualization must respect the architecture while conveying what does not yet exist.
We work from Madrid, New York and Buenos Aires with architects, interior designers, developers, contractors, funds and commercial teams worldwide. Every commission combines art direction, technical precision and a clear review process.
We invest continuously in technology and training to respond to new formats, from still images and animation to virtual tours and immersive experiences. When a project incorporates sustainable materials, green technologies or energy-efficient solutions, we represent them with the same precision as every architectural decision.
WHO WE ARE
Architecture
We read plans, space, scale, materiality and construction.
Digital art
We build light, atmosphere and visual narrative.
Design
We shape every piece around its message and medium.
Animation
We work with camera, time, rhythm, editing and sound.

THE STUDIO IN DETAIL
About JVA Renders: team and method
About JVA Renders: we are an architectural visualization studio founded in Madrid in 2013. Architects, digital artists, designers and animators work together to turn drawings, models and ideas into images that explain a project with technical care and a distinct visual point of view.
About JVA Renders: architecture before visual effect
We choose camera, light and atmosphere from the architecture itself. Proportion, material, relationship to the site and the intended use of a space guide the image. A home may call for intimacy and detail; infrastructure needs territorial clarity and scale; a competition may depend on one view that communicates the central idea at a glance. We interpret those differences without forcing every commission into the same visual style.

Our team combines a technical reading of plans and sections with art direction. This makes it possible to identify inconsistencies in a model, ask about unresolved decisions and represent the architect’s intent faithfully. People, landscape and objects appear where they help explain scale and everyday life, not merely to fill the frame.
From Madrid to international teams
We work from Madrid, New York and Buenos Aires with architecture practices, interior designers, developers and commercial teams. Distance does not prevent precise collaboration: we establish a brief, agree on deliverables, share early studies and group reviews into clear stages. Where in-person meetings are useful, we coordinate with the project team.

Our experience spans residential projects, hospitality, interiors, retail, competitions and infrastructure. Each field asks a different question. A development needs consistent images across a website, brochure and campaign; an architectural proposal requires fidelity to its concept; a film must order the experience through time. Scope therefore follows the project rather than a fixed catalogue of formats.
How we work and what we deliver
We start with available documentation, schedule and communication objective. We propose cameras and an image sequence, validate geometry and composition, develop materials and lighting, then finish the images for their intended media. For author-led projects, visualization can also be a research tool. A series may compare framing, times of day or degrees of human presence to find the most accurate reading. Our art-directed architectural visualization page develops that approach. On commercial commissions, digital strategy connects the images to messages, formats and publishing channels.
We ask how images will be used beyond the first presentation. A coherent sequence can later serve press, exhibitions, web or sales material without losing its original intention. Cropping, resolution, labelling and usage rights are reviewed for the agreed destinations. This continuity matters on local and international commissions alike, where different people see the same material in different settings.
Each deliverable follows a practical review sequence. Early images focus on camera and geometry, so comments about the proposal can be addressed before detailed materials and lighting are developed. Later reviews concentrate on atmosphere, finishes and the intended output. When several teams are involved, a consolidated set of comments helps the work move forward without conflicting decisions. We prepare the final files for their planned uses and keep an eye on visual consistency across the whole series.
A record that can be checked
The global collaboration section on this page lists selected projects and external references. The 2019 BUILD recognition, along with publications and awards for particular works, is linked to its sources here. The BUILD archive documents that recognition. To judge the work directly, explore our portfolio and the material associated with each project.

If you are preparing a competition, presentation or real estate campaign, we can review what already exists and identify which images will add real information. An initial conversation clarifies scale, timing, audience and the role visualization should play.
