Architectural visualization for Klépierre at Maremagnum shopping centre in Barcelona. The series was developed to study and communicate the update of its retail spaces, verify materials and aesthetics, and anticipate the future fit-out and leasing of the units.

The work evaluates the exterior reading of the complex, continuity between levels and the relationship between circulation, shopfronts and places to pause. Lighting and materiality were art-directed to create an attractive commercial image while preserving architectural precision.

Interior views clarify how finishes, signage and storefront rhythm can support a coherent identity before tenant implementation. They also provide a shared visual basis for technical review, commercial presentations and conversations with future occupants.

JVA Renders translated the retail strategy into a consistent visual narrative focused on material decisions, customer experience and the future commercial use of the spaces.
