Sindalah · NEOM presents an architectural visualization series produced by JVA Renders in 2021 for a competition proposal designed by John De Maio and ZAP Architecture. The work remained confidential until late 2025 and belongs to the wider context of our complementary visualization work for THE LINE.

The proposal explores the relationship between territory, water and architecture: a low-density island organized around lagoons, landscaped routes and a sequence of vertical landmarks. Aerial views explain the overall implantation, while closer cameras turn that strategy into an atmospheric and human experience.

The visual direction balances territorial precision and cinematic character. Warm light, water reflections and vegetation build a recognizable identity while preserving the reading of scale, materials and circulation required for a competition presentation.

Today, NEOM presents its islands within the Red Sea marine ecosystem and THE LINE as another core strand of its territorial vision. This project documents an early phase of that process through architectural visualization: translating a large-scale strategy into images that communicate form, atmosphere and experience.
